Rent vs. Buy, that's been a debate for years. there are different circumstance where each option makes sense, but listen to Robin Maccini explain why she believes buying is better than renting.

1. Rent is not tax-deductible, while the interest you pay on your mortgage and your property taxes are

6 Ways to Win at Multiple Offers

Stuck in a bidding war on the house you really want? Watch as James Luth tells you 6 ways to win when there are multiple offers.

1. Avoid multiple offers all together by getting in the property ASAP, preferably the same day it's listed on MLS

2. Attach an Escalation Clause to your offer

3. Look at properties below your pre-approval amount, allowing you to submit offers above asking price and ultimately out-bidding other offers

4. Put yourself first by asking your agent if they have any upcoming listings. You could buy a property before it even hits the MLS

5. Add a personal side to your offer by submitting a cover letter telling the seller what you and your family plan to do with your new home

6. Listen to your agent and submit a STRONG offer: pre-approval, at or above asking price, large deposit, short duration to close, etc.
